As I mark my first anniversary as CEO of Beamer, and 6 months since our merger with Userflow, I’m excited to share the accomplishments we’ve made in building a leading Product Adoption and Engagement Platform for SaaS and digital-first companies. The last year has been a challenging, but rewarding one, defined by exponential growth, strategic expansions, and focus on enhancing two-way communication between product teams and their end-customers.

In just one year, Beamer has achieved an astounding 3x increase in revenue, balancing organic growth with strategic acquisitions. This financial success, combined with maintained profitability, underscores the strength of our business model and the value we bring to our customers.

Expanding Our Team and Global Presence

Our team has grown tenfold to more than 50+ worldwide, significantly increasing our operational capacity. The expansion includes establishing and scaling teams across multiple functions, such as the strong Product and Engineering teams we’ve built.

We’ve also welcomed key leadership additions:

  • Sudhakar Mylsamy, our CTO, brings expertise in building & architecting web apps from idea stage to scaling to millions of users from UserIQ and Mediafly.
  • Lindsey Chambers, our VP of Sales and Success, brings 15 years of software and technology sales expertise with time spent at Typeform and Formstack.
  • Alex Rudyak, our VP of Marketing, joins us with a strong background in growth and demand generation from roles at Oyster and Vonage API.

Strategic Acquisitions and Product Enhancements

The merger with Userflow has been transformative, amplifying our product offerings and market reach. This move, combined with the launch of our Beamer Feedback Tool in January 2024, has improved our ability to facilitate meaningful two-way communication between companies and their end-users. The early response to this tool strengthens our role in improving customer interaction and optimizing our product strategies.

Userflow has also made significant strides in AI Assistant capabilities, offering more intuitive support and actionable analytics to our users. This focus on AI-driven enhancements underscores our commitment to innovation and our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our customers, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

We also welcomed Arsenal Growth, a private equity firm, to our growing list of investors and Co-Founder and General Partner, John Trbovich to the board. Arsenal Growth specializes in SaaS and Services investments and we couldn’t be more honored to have the team on board, and cheerleading for our team to grow and thrive.

Customer Growth and Retention

Our customer base has expanded by over 50%, largely due to the Userflow merger. This growth reflects expanded market presence and also our commitment to delivering exceptional value. As we continue to optimize our customer support and engagement strategies, we’re setting the stage for even stronger customer relationships and improved retention rates with beloved customers like immobiliare.it, Xero and MongoDB.

Beamer is loved by product and marketing teams

As we enter our second year, Beamer is committed to our vision in building a leading Product Adoption and Engagement Platform for small and medium-sized businesses across the globe. We will also be launching new offerings as we enter this phase of our growth journey.

Thank you to our team, our investors, partners, and most importantly, our customers for being part of this incredible journey. Here’s to another year of innovation, growth, and success!
