After creating your post, enable the topbar option and toggle the pin topbar feature from the right-hand side of the settings. When a new topbar post is published, the newly created post will take priority and display first, temporarily replacing the pinned topbar. Once the new post has been shown and dismissed or its display duration has ended, the pinned topbar will automatically reappear at the top of the screen.
