Should boosted announcements be displayed only once to the user?

Yes, boosted announcements are designed to be displayed only once per unique user. Beamer uses the user ID parameter provided through your Beamer embed code to classify users as unique. When a user interacts with a boosted announcement, it will no longer be displayed to them on subsequent visits, as long as their user ID remains consistent across sessions or devices.
If the user ID is not specified, users may see the announcement more than once, as Beamer won’t be able to track their individual interactions accurately.

To make sure users are accurately identified and announcements are only shown once, refer to our guide on sending user data to Beamer. Please refer to this document on how to embed user data in your Beamer script.
