Yes, you can switch the order of reactions in your NPS survey by using custom CSS.
Here’s how you can do it:
Step 1: Go to NPS Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to NPS Settings.
Step 3: Select Custom CSS.
Warning: When using custom CSS, it will overwrite Beamer’s default styles on the widget, so proceed with caution and ensure proper testing after making changes.
