Everything you need to know about getting started with Beamer

How can the NPS Question and Appearance be changed?

To modify the NPS (Net Promoter Score) header, follow these steps based on your preferred navigation option:

  1. Navigate to the NPS Dashboard

2. Select NPS Settings from the side menu.

3. Scroll down to the Content & Wordings section.

Editable NPS Elements:

  • Default Question: Change the default question, “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or colleague?” to any text you prefer. Markdown formatting is supported.
  • Likely to Recommend: Adjust the text for the highest rating (e.g., “Extremely likely”).
  • Unlikely to Recommend: Modify the text for the lowest rating (e.g., “Not at all likely”).
  • Send Feedback: Customize the text for the Send button.
  • Close Survey: Change the label for closing the survey.

Customizing Responses Based on NPS Score:

You can also tailor the automatic responses based on the score received in the NPS survey. Here’s how you can customize messages for each score category and score.

Example: Detractor (Scored 1 – 2):

Default Message: “Thank you! What is the most important reason for your score?”

Modify this message to address concerns or gather more detailed feedback.

These options allow you to tailor the NPS survey experience to better align with your brand and gather valuable insights from your users.
