How do I use Beamer Feedback?
Beamer Feedback
The feature enables you to:
- Collect feedback in a streamlined manner.
- Enable users to vote to clarify what’s most important to them.
- Communicate your product priorities and development status with a Public Roadmap.
- Update users about the status of the Ideas that they’ve requested.
Beamer Feedback can be placed on your website, in-app, or shared via link. When enabled, the Idea Portal will be visible in the in-app Beamer widget or on your stand-alone page.

While the Idea Portal collects feedback and enables users to vote, the Public Roadmap showcases the stage of development of each feature. Admins can control which Ideas and comments are public, learn more about visibility here.
