How does Beamer count the monthly NPS limit?
When using Beamer’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) feature, it’s essential to know how surveys are counted and what happens if you exceed your monthly limit. This article will guide you through the process of counting surveys, managing your monthly limit, and ensuring your NPS strategy remains effective within your plan’s constraints.
What Counts as a Survey?
- A survey is counted as 1 when it is sent to an end user.
- For example, if you send an NPS survey to a segment of 100 users, that counts as 100 surveys, regardless of whether the users view or respond to the survey.
Survey Limits in Paid Plans:
- If you’re on the PRO plan, which allows up to 2,000 surveys per month, this limit is based on the number of surveys sent out in a month.
What Happens if You Exceed the Limit?
- If your segment contains more users than your monthly limit (e.g., more than 2,000 users on the PRO plan), only the first 2,000 users will be shown the NPS survey.
- Once the limit is reached, the NPS survey will no longer be shown to any additional users for that month.
- The limit resets at the beginning of the next month.
Note: If you find that your current NPS survey limit isn’t sufficient for your needs, you can easily switch to either the Scale or Enterprise plans, which offer higher limits to accommodate larger segments or more frequent surveys. This ensures you can continue gathering valuable feedback from your users without interruptions.
