Where Beamer data is saved and what is the data? 

By default, all Beamer data is stored in US-based servers and databases. However, Beamer offers the option to migrate end-user data to EU-located servers if that aligns better with your compliance or privacy needs. If you prefer to store data in the EU, simply reach out to Beamer support to make this request.

Beamer collects various types of data based on your usage, which include:

  • User interaction data
  • NPS survey responses
  • User segmentation information
  • Any filters you set in the Beamer configuration script
